1. Data we collect

We collect only the information you actively provide through the contact form: name, email, phone number, practice area and a description of your matter. The system also records IP address and browser details for security purposes.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond, carry out a preliminary assessment and arrange a consultation. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

3. Disclosure

NSLAW does not sell, trade or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required by law or where you consent in writing.

4. Professional confidentiality

Everything you share is protected under the Vietnamese rules of professional ethics and conduct for lawyers, even before any engagement is signed.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing our contact address.
