Managing Partner
Le Thi Le Duyen founded and leads NSLAW. She brings more than 20 years of experience advising Vietnamese companies and foreign investors, with particular strength in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
She is also an experienced litigator who has appeared in high-value commercial contract disputes before the courts and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre.
